Episode summary

Why bother criminalizing a medical / addiction problem?. A) The prison population is 75% drug offenses (possession, selling or using) B) Gang warfare and murders are due to drugs being illegal. C) People who have an addiction problem will not seek help because they fear the stigma and possibility of getting a record. D) There are more drugs on the streets despite all the laws and policing. Where is the logic in continuing this drug "war." The war is lost, only you and the police are believers.
