Yeah, then it is better that they keep the speed limit but are high as a kite behind the Wheel. (Weed impares you for days after smoking it). Great to legalise narcotics, so any 10 year can go to the local store and get a Loaf of bread and 2 grams of cocaine. I am not the crackhead speaking gibberish.I dont want to drop the speedlimits and i dont wan't to legalise drugs, both for the same reason. I dont want people that are dangerous around me. You sir, sound and argue like a drug addict.
